NOODLE UPDATE!

We love our handmade noodles and without a doubt they are best cooked fresh and eaten immediately for that perfect bite and chew, just how they should be.

So, we have changed how your noodles will arrive in your Hawkerman Takeaway.

It will take a bit (a very small bit) of work from you, but trust us; it will be worth it!

When your Pot Noodle, Ramyun or Laksa arrives, remove the internal pot with all your goodies in.
Pop your fresh noodles into a pan of rapid boiling water (at least 2 litres. They need room to move) set your timer for 1 minute and 15 secs (add a bit more time if you like your noodles soft).
Drain.
Add back to your pot.
Add all your other items.
Pour over your broth.
Enjoy!
So easy and you can say you cooked dinner. Kudos to you!
