Inspired by Dawn & Alun’s Indian travels from the tropics of Tamil Nadu & Kerala, the wetlands of West Bengal, to the Rajasthani desert plains the country is an adventure and their cuisine embraces this it is vibrant, big flavoured and truly unapologetic. Their passion shines through and in it you get more than just great Indian food it is a sensory experience.

About us

The Chilli Pickle Brighton opened in 2008 and expanded to its current site at Jubilee Street in 2010 and has become a Brighton institution in the seaside town. 

Lunch focuses on light bites, kebabs, salads & street food with Grand Thalis showcasing India with a kaleidoscope of exciting flavours. Dinner offers the chance for the full Chilli Pickle sharing experience with classic & creative twists on street food, regional curries and succulent kebabs with their signature Barbecue Surf & Turf all with a nod to the seasons and sourcing the best quality ingredients.
