His philosophy embraces learning and regardless of background or race if you are keen to learn, don’t mind working hard and with a positive nature this could be the place for you. One of our kitchen porters is now one of our best Tandoor Chefs, another is one of our Senior Kitchen managers.

The atmosphere is lively and buzzing and we also promote a philosophy of learning about our food bringing the adventure of India to the table. Our wine and beer menus are quirky, carefully selected and we emphasise this through our front of house team knowledge.
